About Me People say I'm: Please don't belive what people say....(grin) No seriously though...I am different with different people. Sometimes I am quiet and reserved, sometimes I am outgoing and a bit crazy, and there are times when I am intense. Get to know me! Describe Yourself: I am a christian who is loves Jesus with everything in me. I am also a mom to a special needs teenager. That is almost a redundant statement as most teenagers are special needs but my daughter is reall special needs. She is paralyzed from the neck down. I love to read, like to write, enjoy traveling and cooking for friends and family. On Gather, I'm Looking For ...: new and interesting friends Interests Lately I've been listening to: Go Fish Guys, The wolf 100.7 I'm currently reading: The Story of John by the authors of the Left Behind series The last movie I watched was: The Atonement...great movie but not for everyone My must-see show is: Hmm....lemme get back to you on that. I'd love to visit: A cruise to the Mexican Rivera Favorite Music, Artists, Genres: I enjoy country and Christian praise and worship the most. However I also enjoy some R&B, rock, jazz, classical, and so on. About the only ones I haven't really liked are Heavy Metal and Rap. Favorite Books, Writers, Genres: I love books...I love the feel of the pages, the smell of old books, the weight in my hands. Seriously...I love books. I have read and can read almost anything as long as it keeps my interest. Currently I have been reading the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer, Maximum Ride series by James Patterson, and The Restoyer...not sure of the author. Favorite Movies, Actors, Genres: I enjoy movies that have some kind of intelligence in them. Some of my favorites are The Lord of the Rings trilogy, X-men 1 and 2 but NOT 3!, The Abyss, Simon Birch and so forth Favorite TV Shows, Actors: I am a fan of so many. I love Grey's Anatomy, Survivor, Amazing Race, Kyle XY, Battlestar Galactica. I enjoy watching Private Practise and Moonlight. My all time favorite though has to be (RIP) Gilmore Girls. Favorite Places: I just went on my first cruise last April. WE left from Galveston and went to Jamica, Grand Caymen Islands and Cozumel. It was AWESOME!
